Authenticity

Yes. Every watch we sell is 100% authentic, sourced directly from the manufacturer through our authorized wholesale partnership. We are an official authorized retailer of Porsamo Bleu.

Every watch arrives in its original Porsamo Bleu packaging with all manufacturer documentation, serial markings, and warranty materials. You can also register your watch directly on the Porsamo Bleu website for warranty coverage at the Customer Service Hub.

As an authorized retailer, we purchase at wholesale pricing and pass the savings on to you. The watches are identical in every way—same materials, same warranty, same packaging. Lower price does not mean
lower quality. It means you’re buying from a retailer rather than direct from the brand.

Product Details

All products are brand new, in original manufacturer packaging with tags, booklets, and protective materials included.

Porsamo Bleu watches feature surgical-grade stainless steel cases, sapphire-coated mineral crystals, genuine leather or stainless steel bands, and reliable Miyota (Japanese) or Swiss Ronda movements. Many styles also feature genuine diamonds or topaz. Full specifications are listed on each product page.

We carry both. Our collection includes quartz and automatic timepieces. Use the “Complications” filter on our Shop page to browse by movement type.

Each product page lists the case diameter (in mm) and band width. Most of our men’s watches are 40–46 mm and women’s are 34–40 mm. If you’re unsure, email us your wrist measurement and the product link and we’ll help you choose.

Warranty & Care

Yes. Every watch includes the official manufacturer warranty (7 years for Porsamo Bleu). Warranty details are listed on each product page.

The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs), or consumables like batteries, bands, and crystals.

Contact us at Support@Ainsred.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing, store it in the included case when not in use, keep it away from chemicals and perfumes, and ensure the crown is fully pushed in. For leather straps, avoid prolonged exposure to water.

Ordering & Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at Support@Ainsred.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship within two business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Most customers receive their watch within 3–7 business days depending on location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking as soon as your order ships.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders.

If international shipping is available for your country, you’ll see it as an option at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll confirm whether we can ship to you.

First, check around your delivery area and with anyone nearby who may have accepted it. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you still can’t locate it, email us and we’ll assist with next steps.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery.

We accept returns on both damaged/defective and non-defective items as long as the item is returned in its original, unworn condition and in its original packaging with all tags, warranty cards, accessories, box included.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration (including sized bands), missing packaging, or missing accessories may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount. We will contact you before making that decision.

All returns must be completed by mail.

with your order number and the reason for the return and we’ll email you a
prepaid return label and instructions within two business days. Return shipping
is free and we do not charge restocking fees.

Do not ship items back without first contacting us. Returns sent to the wrong address or without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refunded amount may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model, please return the original item for a refund under the
terms above and place a new order for the item you would like.

Buying on TikTok Shop

Yes. Ainsred LLC operates on both our website (Ainsred.com) and TikTok Shop. You get the same authenticity guarantee, manufacturer warranty, and customer support no matter where you purchase. TikTok Shop orders follow TikTok’s return process—if you need help, contact us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
