Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all original tags, warranty cards, accessories, and packaging included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear, alteration (including sized bands), missing packaging, or missing accessories may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount. If this applies to your return, we will contact you before making a final decision.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@ainsred.com. Please note that all returns must be completed by mail. Once your return request is received, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions within two business days.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is free, and we do not charge any restocking fees.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns sent to the wrong address or without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different model or item, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item for a refund under the terms above and place a new order for the item you would like.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
